Independent Sales Representative – Commission Only

We are seeking driven, experienced Independent Sales Representatives to promote and sell Resin Rock and Rubber Surfacing – two innovative solutions for transforming unattractive concrete surfaces on driveways, patios, garages, and walkways. Both products offer unique benefits: Resin Rock is a beautiful, durable, and permeable hardscape solution, while Rubber Surfacing provides a flexible, resilient option that’s perfect for slip-resistant, comfortable surfaces. This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities with homeowners and commercial property owners.

• Build relationships and promote the benefits of Resin Rock and Rubber Surfacing, including their durability, aesthetic appeal, and unique qualities.

• Schedule and conduct sales appointments to close deals effectively.

• Complete onsite measurements and quotes for customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, hardscapes, or home improvement.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-driven and goal-oriented.
